Welcome to Medina Lighting online. If you wish to purchase from our online catalog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Medina Lighting reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.

Order Acceptance

You will receive an order confirmation email with a list of the items ordered. Please check this email to confirm its accuracy and contact us immediately if you have any questions. Medina Lighting is not responsible for items purchased in error and will not assume any cost to exchange items ordered in error.

Order Cancellations

Medina Lighting will attempt to process each order as soon as they are submitted. We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been processed.

While we will make every effort possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes as well to any order after it is submitted. Customers wishing to change their order may call before 5:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. We will attempt to accommodate your request. After this period, any changed or canceled orders will be subject to a restocking/change fee of 25%.

Any individual item that retails for under $150.00, built-to-order and custom products, and products ordered in quantities of 3 or more or orders over $1000.00 cannot be cancelled at any time. If you change your order and the total value falls under $300.00, you will be charged a $15 processing fee.

Coupons, Discounts and Special Offers

Coupons cannot be combined with any other special offers, published or quoted discounts. Coupons are limited to one per customer, per order and are available for a one-time use only. Coupons and other discount offers are not transferrable or redeemable.

Pick up-preferred method and no charges to customer apply

A customer may choose to make a purchase placed online available for pickup at our showroom location. If you wish to pick up your purchase, we will contact you via phone or email after all of your merchandise is available and ready for your visit No shipping charges apply when product is added to our standard in-house orders including large and oversize pieces.

Shipping

We offer free UPS Standard Ground Shipping from our store within the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $500. Expedited services such as Drop Shipping, Next Day Air, Two Day, and Three Day are available for an additional charge. You can call our customer service department for rates. Large and/or Oversized Orders that cannot be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping do not apply to this shipping policy.

Products that exceed size limitations of UPS will be shipped via motor freight. Motor freight shipments are only available to residents of the 48 contiguous states. Motor freight charges shall only include delivery to the residential front door of the shipping address.

Medina Lighting is not responsible for additional costs associated with shipping delays. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Delivery

Orders will ship from the store usually within @ 10 business days from order acceptance, depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 330-721-1441 or medinalighting@yahoo.com if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder, built-to-order, or special order information we receive.

If a product is refused upon delivery, the standard return policy will not apply. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer's restocking fee which may be up to 25% of the purchase price of the item; as well as both initial and return freight charges.

At our discretion, professionally trained and experienced personnel from Medina Lighting are available to deliver merchandise if your order totals over $1000 and is within a 30 mile radius of one of our showroom locations. This merchandise needs to be shipped directly to our location and all items must be received before delivery will be considered. Delivery by our store will be scheduled by appointment only. Medina Lighting does not include any placement or installation services with these deliveries.

Shipping Damage

In the event an item has been damaged during shipping we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. Contact our customer service at 330-721-1441 or medinalighting@yahoo.com within 48 hours to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Items without an RGA Number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. The easy to follow instructions will be provided by our customer service department. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

Defective Products

If within (7) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not ship the product back without contacting us first for a RGA Number and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product. We do not consider an item with broken glass to be a damaged/defective product. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement glass at no charge to you.

Returns

HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a RGA Number has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may only be returned within 10 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (wrapped in original wrapping, wires uncut and never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased for pickup at the store can only return in person. Online purchases may be shipped back to Medina Lighting and must be RECEIVED back at the store within 10 days at the customer’s expense. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. You are responsible for coordinating the return of any items and any shipping charges incurred. Orders returned after 10 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted. No returns on light bulbs at any time.

Sales Tax

Customers outside the state of Ohio are accepting responsibility to pay their own sales or use tax to their state, city or local municipality on any purchase from Medina Lighting. Ohio residence will be charged the sales tax appropriate to their ship to location.

Warranty

All products sold by Medina Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact customer service at 330-721-1441 or medinalighting@yahoo.com for assistance in processing your claim. We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind.
